  • Brief History
    • Founded in 2010 by Pierre Boisclair, a well known and experienced marine engineer. Pierre experience extends from Asian Shipyards to Canada and have done work from South America, Africa, Europe, USA and Canada up to above the 60th Parallel if Arctic Circle. Pierre has also been involved in Environmental equipment manufacturer and servicing, doing research in Indonesia for Shrimp cultivating farms, built small work boats and operated a Metalissation company in Montreal which was part of Metal 7 of Canada.

  • Manufacturer selection
    • M.I.E. do select manufacturers that are dependable, who produce high quality marine equipment, that are or can be certified by Classification societies.
  • Support to the integrator
    • To the integrator:
      • M.I.E. can support you in the selection and even on installation criteria for your specific needs.
      • M.I.E. Can work with you for the integration of our systems with the Integrator selected Power Packs (electrical or hydraulic)
    • Support in Canada
      • M.I.E. Have selected equipment that do have easy after service from Canada or quickly from the manufacturers.
    • Support to design
      • M.I.E. Can get from the makers, the CAD drawings, and sometimes the 3D drawings for the Naval Architect preparation and presentation. We can support with GM data and Power Needs calculation when enough information are given.
  • Quality
    • Most of our manufacturers as ISO certification, but all have internal quality control that meets the toughness quality system.
  • Dependability and Experience
    • Our manufacturers have long list of satisfied customers, and their year around production volume is a proof of repeating orders.
  • Marine design
    • All our equipment are oriented for marine operation and are not adaptation of industrial product.
  • Canadian Content available
    • Canadian content is available on most of our equipment, so we can help the shipyards and the local suppliers to ADD value to the proposed equipments
